and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements?
And how do we apply consistent principles of integrity
and business ethics to all our activities around the world?
The answer is the Serco Management System. Founded
on detailed policies and corporate standards, it enables us to balance
coherent direction at the centre with customer focus at contract
level, and provides a framework of effective controls. |
CSR - Living Our Values
Our values are not a bolt-on extra – something we can afford
to do because we’re successful. On the contrary, we believe
our success has come, at least in part, from putting our values at
the heart of everything we do. By genuinely living our values, we
can achieve sustained, profitable growth while also being socially
responsible.
Our responsible conduct and public service ethos underpin the strength
of our relationships with public sector customers. And they enhance
the quality of the services we deliver.
We’ve developed our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) to ensure that we apply the same standards and values wherever
we work – while taking full account of our unique diversity
and devolved structure. It aims to achieve a fair balance between
developing opportunities with our customers, stimulating and rewarding
our staff, working with and supporting local communities, and sustaining
the environment.
